In light of the coronavirus situation, Ann Summers have introduced some changes to safeguard their customers and employees.

Some of the introduced safety measures include, adhering to social distancing smaller teams, frequent hand washing regime, use of face makes.

Ann Summers high street stores are shut, the digital store (online/website) remains open.

Any click & collect from Ann Summers stores orders have been cancelled with refunds issued.

Delivery is aiming for a 5 working day delivery on standard delivery, delivery to foreign countries may be affected - see delivery information.

Delivery by Royal Mail - no signed for service requiring signature, instead the parcel will be placed on your doorstep (unless fits through letterbox), the post person will retreat to safe distance allowing you to retrieve your delivery while maintaining social distancing.
