I emailed Mark Smith to give him a heads up about the issue, he said he was going to get straight on it.
I recall this issue before, which they sorted, so hoping it's only a matter of days before it's back up and running.
We've also a payment pending so hoping it's not a loss of data issue.

It's beginning to look like it's finished and not paying owed payouts
They are no longer responding to any correspondence regarding the issue.
If anyone's had any luck getting in contact and knows what's going on or received payment let us know.

The affiliate dashboard is back online which is good news, will update when payouts are received and program running as normal.

Hi Roam99, have you emailed your affiliate manager for payment updates?
We also have approved unpaid commissions.

I have just sent Mark Smith (affiliate manager) an email as having checked payouts it's almost 4 months since last commission generated that makes up approved unpaid commission in last payout request that was sent.
I wonder if there's been a problem with payouts relating to when the affiliate panel went down.
I will update when I receive an answer or other update.

This program is a little hidden gem.
Payouts very generous compared to other sex shops rates on sex machines.
