I have been a loyal customer of Lovehoney for over 5 years now and would just like to post publicly, saying a huge "Well done to Lovehoney", praise for their excellent service. I don't often post reviews of praise but having never experienced any problems when buying sex toys at Lovehoney, thought it was time to just post a quick "Thank you".

Yeah Lovehoney have done well and it's mainly down to their customer service.

They're unbeatable in terms of customer care and there is never any hassle returning a product.

It's like, me says "I want to return a product", Lovehoney "Okay!" - Pretty much that simple!

I once returned something I had used for over 6 months and decided I didn't really enjoy it anymore, they refunded me!

Gotta love a sex shop that is more reputable that non-sex shops!
