Help my Cowgirl isn't working!

I am looking for some troubleshooting tips to help with a problem with the cowgirl as it will not power on, if anybody has any advice that may help get it working again?

Ensure the detachable power cord is not connected to an extension cord.

Make sure all power cords are properly attached. When all cords are properly connected, and the sex machine is turned on, a red light will appear on the back side of the AC/DC switching adaptor.

Make sure that the electricity mains outlet to which your plugged in is working.
