Is it safe to order on lovense.com?

I am considering making a purchase from the official Lovense website (lovense.com) but would like to know if it is safe to do so before creating an account and entering my payment information.

In my personal opinion Lovense are certainly dubious.

If I was going to buy one I would not purchase direct from Lovense, regardless of how much cheaper they are, stick to a UK sex toy shop.

Any of the big sex toy shops in the UK offer certain protections, terms, refund and returns policies where you can be confident in buying.
