How long have you had your Lovense Max 2 and where did you buy it from?

I don't mean to sound patronising or questing your ability, but are you charging it correctly?

When connecting the charger, if the red charging light does not come on, rotate the cable 180 degrees (switch contacts).

Approx. 6 months and I bought it from Lovense.

Yes, I have used and charged it over 50 times and tried all these guides and still no luck.

How are you charging?

Have you tried the port you are using with another device to make sure it is not a fault with the power source?

Another tip is to try cleaning the charging terminals on the charging lead and the Max 2.

I have tried multiple ways: My mains plugs have USB ports, also tried my PC and iPhone charging plug.

I have done this using cotton wool bud and hand sanitiser gel.

It depends what you believe is the likely cause of the problem?

Think you need a replacement charging cable?

As you stated you have had your Max 2 for over 6 months and charged 50+ times, then there is a high probability that your lead may need replacing, the quickest and easiest option would be to get the following product:

Believe your Lovense Max 2 is faulty?

As your Lovense Max 2 is under 1 year old, then it may be covered under the Lovense Warranty.

But you will likely need to try the replacement charger option before this will be considered a product fault.

Power adapters are not themselves covered by the warranty.

Having followed the advice above and ruled out the charging cable then contact Lovense using this link.

Thanks for your advice. I have decided to try with a new charger lead. Fingers crossed it will work, but it is good to know about the Lovense warranty, I had totally forgotten about it and didn't realise it was for a whole year, I was under the impression it was only 90 days for the Max but it turns out that is just for the sleeve. So thanks again!
