Are you charging your Lush 3 correctly?

With the charger lead connected to my MacBook Air and connections magnetically connecting to my Lush 3, I have tried both ways, the charging light does not come on. I have tried leaving on charge without the light showing, for over an hour each way multiple times and the Lush 3 is dead.

My boyfriend bought it for me before December 2020, we are in a long-distant relationship as he is in the Army and had it delivered to him overseas and brought it to the UK for me as a Christmas gift, so not sure if it makes any difference with returning it with him having it delivered outside the UK?

Yes, I am an experienced user. I have read the user manual and guides. I have been using my Lovense Lush 3 frequently for over 6 months and charged it every few days without any issues until now.

I've rotated the magnetic connectors 180 degrees.

I used alcohol cleaning fluid on both connections on both the charging lead and Lush 3.

My MacBook Air USB port is the same port I use to charge my iPhone, which I have since tested and still charges.

I think I will buy a replacement cable first and if that does not work will contact them.

It does sound like it's probably the charging cable itself rather than a fault with the Lovense Lush 3.

Especially, if you have been recharging it a lot, every few days for over 6 months.

We all know how the iPhone chargers become faulty after a few months!

So, it's likely you just need to replace your Lovense Charging Cable.

Before you buy, maybe contact Lovense customer services, they may send you a cable for free?
