I'm talking about sex toys that can be controlled via the internet such as We-Vibe, Lovense & OhMiBod.

You can give up complete control to someone else via the internet, but let's say someone without permission takes control...

Could hacking one of these toys and taking control of it be considered rape or a sexual assault?

If you had one which was hacked while you were using it, would you feel violated enough to consider it as being assaulted or raped?
