Brand new all items are sealed; E-Stim ElectroPebble, 4mm low profile jack cable and a Large Torpedo (satin finish) insertable electrode. It was purchased only 6 months ago so will be under warranty which coincidentally is lifetime for both the unit and the electrode (you can check this on their website), so any issues you will need to send the unit to the manufacturer and they will sort it for you for postage costs.
