I was selling the F-Machine Pro 2 at a very competitive price when I was contacted by manufacturers.
I spokeĀ to one of theĀ directors of MJM Design & Engineering Limited, he told me a competitor (NE Services) had contacted them demanding I put my prices up, I refused to which they said in that caseĀ they would end their agreement to supply me, soĀ when I brought up UK Competition Law, they decided to change the terms of their supply agreement with me, statingĀ I would need to purchase at least 100 x F-Machine Pro 2's per wholesale order to continue buying wholesale F-Machine products.
Plain and simple price fixing and breach of UK Competition Law.
Just so you know!
